Final Outcome Remain Wonderful – Thanks Avondale Homes. We have received handover today for our new house and I would really like to thank Avondale Homes for making sure all the works have been done professionally. After a few ups and downs, final outcome remained wonderful. Thanks to Ingrid and Darren for wonderful customer service.

The whole process exceeded our expectation – We built with Avondale recently and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The Sales Manager, Nat was honest up front and guided us on getting all the information on our land so she could provide us a quote that didn't have any hidden surprises after we signed. The quote process was extremely quick, from talking with Nat to designing our home to then having our tender sent and contract signed, it was all done within 4 weeks. When they submitted our house in for BA after paying our deposit, it was a shock to the system that it was all happening so quickly! The design team was awesome, Dan designed our home exactly how we wanted and provided suggestions we didn't even think about. It's hard to imagine your home as a floorplan, so his 3d images gave us peace of mind (he also put in our furniture that we have to make sure it fits!). The office team were such lovely people to deal with. It's a family run business but the quality and speed of the whole process has been exceptional. These guys deserve the recognition (my new neighbours are still building and they started before us!). Thanks Avondale!

The best service. The experts in acreage homes! – While in the early phase of my building journey with Avondale Homes, their service has been next level. James and Sam have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the owner Darryl is always happy to answer any questions I've had. I was wary after dealing with another company previous to talking to Avondale but I'm glad that experience pushed me to talk to them.

First Home Buyer – Avondale have been so easy to deal with before we even signed the contract. We had the contract within 48 hours of confirming we would build with them, communication has been outstanding & nothing has been too much trouble! The process has been so easy and relaxed!! Avondale’s standard inclusions are considered an upgrade with other well known builders & their prices are unbeatable! Lucky has been outstanding right from the start & he’s always available if we have any concerns...he’s a valuable asset to the company!

Highly Recommend Avondale Homes – This is our first time building & boy did we have quite a few questions! We first met Lucky (Salesman) at Avondale's Flagstone Display Home and he was more than happy to answer any questions we both had. Lucky provided us with a lot of professional guidance & ideas to make it our own. He even put us in touch with someone to help us with our mortgage application! He has really gone out of his way to make sure we were both happy.

Within 48hrs of meeting with Lucky again, we had a fixed price contract. Colour Selections at their studio was fantastic. Plenty of choices for every style home. Avondale's standard inclusions really are above the rest. This is what made them stand out to us amongst other builders. We loved the simply layout & use of space with their Hamilton Plan. Their range of plans are beautiful & perfect for any acreage build.
